What does the research say about massage?
Each guide takes one common question, such as whether massage helps back pain or sleep, and answers it from published research, including the NIH's National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health. Where the evidence is thin, the guide says so.

How much is a 60 minute massage?
A 60 minute body massage is $80 in any style: deep tissue, Swedish, relaxation, sports or reflexology. Sessions run from $60 for 30 minutes to $160 for 120 minutes. Couples and four hands massages are $160 for 60 minutes, and a foot massage starts at $60 for 30 minutes.
Are you open on Sundays?
Yes. Wellness Massage Spa is open every day of the week, Sunday included, from 9:30 AM to 10 PM. Call (352) 339-6646 to ask what is free today.
Can I book a massage online?
Yes. Body massages of 60, 90 or 120 minutes, couples, four hands, the combo and a 30 minute foot massage can all be booked online. Choose any available therapist or a specific one, and pay at the studio. For other lengths, contact the studio to discuss availability.
Are your massage therapists licensed?
Yes. Our massage therapists are licensed in Florida, where the Board of Massage Therapy licenses every massage therapist and massage establishment. Anyone can look up a license on the Florida Department of Health's public search.
What should I wear to a massage?
Wear whatever is comfortable. For a body massage, the standard practice is to undress to your comfort level and stay covered by a sheet, with only the area being worked on uncovered. For a foot massage you stay dressed. If you are unsure, ask your therapist before you start.
Do you offer couples massage?
Yes. A couples massage is $160 for 60 minutes for both guests, side by side in one private room, with each massage set to that person's preferred pressure. Book it online or call (352) 339-6646.
